Questions

Good to know.

Ordering

How do I order eggs?

Open Order eggs, choose your crates and send the order to us on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm the time and payment. You can also call or WhatsApp 020 744 4824.

How many crates can I order?

Homes get 1 to 4 crates delivered on our Saturday route. Shops, food joints and kitchens get 5 crates or more per delivery. For pickup at the farm, message us first with the number of crates you want so they are ready.

Can I set up a regular order?

Yes. Tell us the size, number of crates and how often. We agree your delivery day and price, and set your crates aside from that morning's collection.

Can I change or pause a regular order?

Yes, with one WhatsApp message before your delivery day.

Prices and payment

Where can I see the prices?

This week's wholesale prices are on the Order eggs page, per crate of 30 at the farm gate.

Why is the retail price different?

The prices on the order page are wholesale, for businesses and resellers. Home buyers pay a retail price, which we confirm on WhatsApp.

How do I pay?

Mobile Money or cash. Home deliveries are paid by Mobile Money before the Saturday route. Businesses on a regular order can agree terms with us.

Can I get a fixed price for bulk?

Yes. Ask us about a fixed weekly or monthly price for larger volumes and contracts.

Delivery and pickup

Where do you deliver?

Within Tamale on our fixed route days. For areas outside Tamale, send us a message and we will tell you what is possible.

Which days do you deliver?

Shops, food joints and kitchens: Tuesday and Friday. Homes: Saturday. Order by the evening before your delivery day.

What does delivery cost?

A delivery fee is added to the egg price. It depends on your area and how many crates you order, and we tell you the amount on WhatsApp before we set off.

Can I pick up at the farm?

Yes, Monday to Saturday, with no delivery fee. Message us first so your crates are ready. See the directions above.

Our eggs

How fresh are the eggs?

We collect every morning, and each crate shows the day it was laid, so you can check the freshness yourself.

What do the sizes mean?

We grade by weight: small is under 53 g, medium 53 to 63 g, large 63 to 73 g and extra large above 73 g. Every crate holds 30 eggs of one size.

Brown or white?

We sell both, at the same price. Tell us which you prefer when you order.

How should I store eggs?

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of the sun, pointed end down. A fridge keeps them fresh for weeks. Wash an egg only just before you use it.

Visiting and working with us

Can I visit the poultry houses?

To protect the birds, visitors wait at the pickup point and do not enter the poultry houses.

Can I resell your eggs?

Yes. Resellers buy at our wholesale price, with delivery on Tuesday or Friday for a fee.

I want to supply or partner with the farm.

We welcome suppliers of feed, health inputs and equipment, and partners in distribution, training and packaging. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp to start.
